These terms and conditions apply to all orders which you, the customer, place using this website www.arabianpacific.com which is owned and operated by Arabian Pacific Travel & Tourism LLC, Dubai, UAE.
By clicking the "I Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, PAY NOW" button you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these terms of user and privacy policy affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.
Complete description of the Goods & Services provided
Arabian Pacific Travel & Tourism LLC supplies flights, accommodation, tours, packages, travel insurance, cruises, rail passes and ancillary product for the outbound travel market.
Refund/Return Policy
Arabian Pacific will refund any cancelled travel arrangements less the agreed cancellation charges which are applied by each supplier and any administration costs. These charges will be shown at the time of payment and confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Refunds will be processed in a timely manner and will normally be done within 30 days from the date of payment. There are exceptions to this depending if monies are sought from suppliers, but Arabian Pacific will notify the client of this.

Transaction Currency
All payments are charged in Dirham the currency of the country United Arab Emirates which is displayed on our website as AED. Our currency converter is a simple tool to give you an approx value in your local currency. We will not be responsible for bank charges or fees applied by your credit card or bank; it is only for approximate guidelines and may differ slightly to what you are charged
Delivery Policy
Once your payment is received, the travel product will be delivered to you electronically or by hard copy if requested and subject to delivery constraints.
Your confirmation will be delivered within 24 hours of your payment reaching us.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard & JCB and should you wish to pay by these means you will be sent an invoice via a secure link through our online payment system. We use 3D secure payment service which is offered by Visa as Verified by Visa service, MasterCard as MasterCard SecureCode & by JCB International as J/Secure.
When you place your order, our 3d secure system offered by MasterCard automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount.
If we get a valid authorization, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
Once your payment is received, the travel product will be delivered to you electronically or by hard copy if requested and subject to delivery constraints.
Privacy Policy
When you place your order, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, Email address).
Arabian Pacific Travel & Tourism LLC doesn’t hold any credit card details in the database or server, which is processed through the SSL environment.
To fulfill our obligations to you under these Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by e-mail and by posting notices on the website.
You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.
